Booking Information:

To book a Personalised Pet Portrait go to the contact page and fill out the form found there, this will guide you through what information is needed. You will also find a bullet point list of what to put in the email on the contacts page.

All our portraits are done in Procreate and take around 30-40 hours to complete. Portraits of more than one pet often take longer than this. They are done in a coloured pencil type style. Around the site you will find timelapse videos of previous artwork that has been completed.

A non-refundable 30% deposit will be required at the point of booking, with the balance due on completion, before the portrait is sent to you. For more information on pricing click the pricing button above. Pricing can vary depending on what the customer wants included in the portrait.

Time scale for completion of portrait is about 2-3 weeks. packing and shipping can also take 2-3 weeks so we recommend ordering well in advance of any dates you would like the portrait.

Reference Photo:

To find the perfect reference photo we recommend reading the journal entry on picking a reference photo.

We ask for a good quality, clear and accurate digital photo. Hard copies can be worked with but for safety of your hard copy we ask for it to be scanned and sent. If you have any questions or need help doing this don’t hesitate to email us and ask, we are happy to help with any questions.

We request a few photos off your pet, to give us the best possible sense of their personality, colour and markings. We are happy to work with poor quality images, if these are the only ones you have, however please be aware that we will not be able to produce works of such high detail and may fall short of expectations.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment of your deposit is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions:

All artwork is original and created by the artist.
All copyright, media use and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.
Any reproduction or similar use of the artwork must be agreed with the artist in advance.
Bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit is paid (this will be included in the quotation).
Once completed the artist will send an image of the completed work, with a watermark added, at this point full payment is expected within 30 days. The artwork will then be prepared and posted to you.
If after 30 days payment has not been received the artist reserves the right to sell on the original artwork and reproduction.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
